Beet Pickles

We use unfiltered apple cider vinegar sourced from a local orchard as the base of the brine for this traditional pickle, along with black pepper and bay leaf to build a distinct flavor profile. Fans of these beets have requested extra brine, which I’ve been told it can be a beverage or cocktail base. My favorite pairing with beet pickles is homemade chicken and noodles. These pickles are also a beautiful addition to your holiday relish platter.
