Spicy Green Bean Pickles

These green bean pickles are one my favorite pickles. We use unfiltered apple cider vinegar as the base for the brine with dill, black pepper, mustard, and thai chile to give them a distinctive kick. I love these beans alongside a roast beef sandwich, and they are a functional garnish and stir stick for a bloody mary cocktail.
